I really love TAYLOR SWIFT. Like, she's amazing. She's so different compared to all the other female celebrities/singers/actresses, etc. She doesn't prance around stage in her underwear, instead she wears the prettiest dresses that actually cover her up. She has a unique voice that may not be as stong or as auto-tuned as other singers, but her songs are full of feeling. She has a wonderful relationship with her fans and is down to earth and humble. Her best friend is another 20 year old girl she met back in school years ago, who is now in univerity...yet they're still bff's and hangout like nothing's changed...i love that fact. She's sincere, real, inspiring and hard working. She deserves to be as successful as she is, and she's the only good role model out there right now.
But the real reason i love her is probably because she WRITES HER OWN SONGS! If you don't know, i write lyrics, songs, poetry and prose, so writing your own stuff is very important to me. Words can convey so much feeling and when pieced together properly, they can tell a story. Whenever I hear Taylor talk about her writing process or the meaning behind her songs, it reminds me a lot of my own writing process. It's like she does the same things I do, which is really cool.
Plus she has amazing curly hair! I wish my curls looked that good. She's actually one of the reasons i stopped straightening my hair and started wearing it curly lol.
So ya, she's super pretty, rich, famous, has tons of fans...but so do other "celebrities." It's all the other things about her the make me want to trade places with her...if i could sing and had musical talent like Taylor Swift, i would probably be on a different path right now, aspiring to be a singer like her. But i'm not...so i can only imagine what it's like.
